1 General Terms

fmxbd ("we", "our", "platform") provides an online gaming service for users in Bangladesh. These Terms apply to every registered member and any visitor.

2 Account Registration

To open an account on the fmxbd platform, you must meet the following conditions:

• Opening multiple accounts from the same household or the same device is strictly prohibited.

Accuracy of Registration Information

The name, mobile number, email address, and date of birth you provide during registration must be accurate and consistent with your National Identity Card. fmxbd reserves the right to close the account and forfeit any unearned winnings if false information is provided.

Password and Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. Sharing your password with any third party is strictly prohibited.

3 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

fmxbd strictly prohibits gaming by minors. This platform is for persons aged 21 and above only.

fmxbd may at any time request the following documents to verify your identity:

• Scanned copy of National Identity Card (NID) or passport
• Recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method (for example, for verifying a bKash or Nagad account)

We reserve the right to temporarily suspend an account if the required documents are not provided within the specified time.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit

The minimum deposit amount at fmxbd is ৳500. We accept the following payment methods:

• Bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla, City, BRAC, Islami, and Sonali Bank)

Deposit transactions are generally completed instantly or within a few minutes. If there is a problem with the payment gateway, contact the support team with the transaction receipt number.

Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount at fmxbd is ৳1,000. Withdrawal processing time is generally 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the payment account from which the deposit was made.

Once a withdrawal request has begun processing, it may not be possible to cancel it. Before withdrawing, verify that any wagering requirements on bonuses have been met.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

fmxbd offers various bonuses and promotional offers. The specific rules for these offers are outlined below:

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. A 20x wagering requirement applies to this bonus, meaning the total of bonus plus deposit must be wagered 20 times before withdrawal.

General Rules on Bonuses

• Each bonus offer applies only once per person.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time, unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Bets placed with bonus funds may not count equally toward wagering requirements across all games.
• We reserve the right to cancel a bonus if any abuse or bonus hunting is suspected.
• Please read the relevant terms carefully before accepting a bonus.

VIP Program

Regular members can participate in our VIP program, which has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Progress to higher tiers through regular gaming activity and enjoy weekly cashback benefits.

6 Gaming Rules

The following rules must be observed when gaming on the fmxbd platform:

• The outcome of all games is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which is completely impartial.
• If a game result is voided due to a technical error, the amount wagered on that bet will be refunded.
• If the internet connection is lost during a game, the result will be determined according to the game's server log.

Sports Betting Rules

Specific rules apply to betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football (including FIFA), kabaddi, and other sports. We have a policy of refunding bets if an event is cancelled or postponed.

Live Casino Rules

In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final. In the event of any technical issue during a game, the game provider's rules will apply.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fmxbd:

• Opening multiple accounts or operating another person's account.
• Bonus hunting, arbitrage betting, or collusion (coordination among multiple players).
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Intentionally exploiting any error or vulnerability in the gaming system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose.
• Harassing or defrauding other members.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

You may close your account at any time by notifying our support team. Before closing your account, ensure that all withdrawable funds have been withdrawn.

fmxbd may temporarily or permanently suspend any account for the following reasons:

• If the identity verification process has not been completed.
• If a breach of the Terms is suspected.
• If unusual or suspicious transaction activity is observed.
• If a security risk is identified.
• At the member's own request (as a responsible gaming measure).
